I paid for express shipping with a promised delivery window of 2 to 7 days, but it’s been over four weeks with no update on my order. I’m very dissatisfied as I keep receiving the same generic responses to my emails. I won’t be purchasing from this seller again and strongly advise others to do the same. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of $120.
