The biggest problem I had was with chat questions. The questions were not always read, just the name and answer. If a question is worth answering it needs to be read and then answered. This would have cut down on a lot of the repetiveness. Lot of good and necessary information but when you have a range of uses from people who have not even purchased a domain to people who have been doing online businesses for years there is a huge gap. True on both days.The first day to me was some information and a lot of sales pitch. I think it was valuable but it was a 4 hour funnel page.
