Overall fantastic experience with Deal Direct Blinds. Had a couple of teething issues (such is life) but all the staff did a fantastic job rectifying them for us - which to me means more than just getting it perfect first time, since there’s always going to be something & having a company that invests the time and service to put it right is what you want. All the staff were fantastic and Rob was super friendly and helpful when he came to fix our issue too.
