I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Dealforce. The service agreement and marketing materials emphasized that I would be connected with qualified prospects — specifically, individuals actively looking to buy what my company offers. However, the majority of the people I was scheduled to meet with did not seem to know what product or service was being discussed. Many of the leads were either unresponsive, unclear about the purpose of the meeting, or did not express any meaningful interest in moving forward. In one instance, a prospect only asked about our past contracts — something completely unrelated to the solution we were offering. While I did receive a partial refund for that particular lead, I was still charged for others despite raising concerns about their lack of qualification. There were also technical and communication issues: some phone numbers were unreachable, some emails bounced, and post-meeting support from Dealforce was minimal. The one consistent follow-up I received was related to billing, regardless of whether the lead was qualified. What stood out most was the disconnect between the expectations set by Dealforce’s marketing — that they connect businesses with sales-ready prospects — and the actual experience of meeting with individuals who, in many cases, had little to no context about the offering. In my view, the service did not align with the promises made, and I believe the gap between the marketing message and actual results is worth noting for anyone considering using this platform.
