I ordered a Dior Sauvage perfume from Deal Guide during their Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, what I received was clearly a counterfeit. The scent, packaging, and bottle were all off. It was a major disappointment.After some back-and-forth with customer service, they agreed to issue a refund once I returned the item. While I appreciate that the money was eventually returned, the fact that I was sent a fake product in the first place completely lost my trust.A reputable company should never risk deceiving its customers, especially not with counterfeit goods. I won’t be ordering from Deal Guide again.
