I purchased a fragrance from Deal Guide, but unfortunately, it was not authentic. When I reached out to their customer service, I only received a response after posting a review. During our communication, they threatened action and asked to remove my review. While I did receive a refund and returned the product, the overall experience was disappointing. I would advise caution when purchasing from them.
