I ordered a perfume on December 6th. I was provided with very little delivery updates, or when it would arrive, and if it would arrive for Christmas. I emailed their customer service and they assured me it was on route. On Christmas Eve I decided to follow up on my package, and emailed again. They responded by telling me my order was cancelled, with no explanation. In fairness I did receive a refund, but the uncertainty of me being scammed was not worth the stress.
