Excellent communication and booking as well as follow up. The villa was as described and exceeded our expectations. A multigenerational family of 8 travelling transatlantic with an 84 year old, a 3 year old and a 13 week baby we arrived after dark. Simple check in and entry and wow!!!!! When we opened the door the whole place had been decorated for Christmas with meticulous attention to detail. Stunning tree all twinkling, the festival table all set (even Christmas crackers). Every room had colour coordinated decorations. A welcome tray and the whole place beautifully prepared with every detail considered, simply magical!! Our hired mobility scooter was all ready to go with instructions and battery on charge. Nothing to do but relax, have a drink by the heated pool and look forward to our next two weeks.
