I received a letter from them although I've never been in touch with them.
I mistakenly thought I'd used their services although I couldn't recall so I scanned the QR code within the letter which took me to an automated payment section.
I payed them £478 and only then realised I have never used their services.
I emailed them to demand a refund but they have not responded and I have tried calling them but I cannot get through to anyone.
