I was pursued relentlessly as the new homeowner. I informed them multiple times that I was not the previous tenant who allegedly owed them money. After raising my concerns, the management claimed I was removed from their system, yet the visits to my door continued. I eventually escalated the issue to an ombudsman, and only then did they commit, in writing, to cease their harassment—so now I must wait and see. I'm unsure why this occurred. If you're considering using this service, you might want to reconsider—they lack both competence and ethics in their approach.
