I was pursued incessantly as the new homeowner. I informed them multiple times that I was not the previous tenant who supposedly owed them money. After raising my concerns, the management claimed they had removed me from their system, yet the visits to my home continued. I eventually escalated the issue to the Ombudsman, and only then did they agree, in writing, to cease their harassment—so now I must wait and see. I am baffled as to why this occurred. If you are considering using this service, you might want to reconsider—they are neither professional nor ethical in their practices.
