Customer service is absolutely excellent with this company. I received my order and it was bent from USPS and sat in my hot Florida mailbox all day before I could rescue it. Unfortunately the bend and the heat damaged the skin so I reached out and they said they would send out a new one. I asked if I could get a different color because even though it was just damaged, I was not as happy with the color in person that I had first chosen. So not only did they ship me a replacement, but they allowed me to change my mind and get a different color for that replacement. It looks really beautiful and was pretty easy to install. And that saying something because I have no confidence when it comes to installing screensavers or laptop skins or anything. The vinyl skins feel very high quality and like they will definitely last until I decide to swap them out at some point. If I do. I kind of absolutely love it though. I also added a little sticker on top of my vinyl skin and the whole effect looks really beautiful.
