I’d like to recognise via this feedback and observations Mr Issac Chambers. I’ve been an account holder with Whiskey Partners for approximately 14months and have accumulated 6 whiskey casks during this time. Around March April 2025 I had a change of account manager which I wasn’t initially aware of and received a call of introduction from Mr Issac Chambers. I was cautious initially as I’d only been with Whiskey partners for approximately 7months.After speaking with Mr Chambers for about 45-50 minutes I was impressed with his knowledge and client skills demonstrated to help me with the transition from the previous A/C manager which is always difficult how Me Issac re-assured me he would be available whenever I called upon him regarding any questions concerns or products I needed to understand. I have since the change expanded my portfolio and I’m enjoying my new hobby what makes it interesting and good for me personally is that I don’t feel it’s all down to me to deal with Issac calls me with new offers and provides excellent background to the casks in question hi knowledge in the particular area for me is very very good and he never puts pressure on me to purchase. I recently move in July and ask Issac give me 3 months headroom to settle which he did but What I also like is he contacted me within that window asking how things were going with a hard sell behind the call genuine people client skills that if I’m totally honest made me want to do business with Issac and Whiskey Partner now Decant which I have since done and I’m very happy with my current portfolio.Issac continues to provide updates and offers of Casks and always add very interesting background information associated to each one which I find in valuable and very educational in me developing my understanding of the cask whiskey element for me to make a more calculated decision in developing my portfolio.Overall I’m very pleased, satisfied and more confident with dealing with Issac when considering my next purchase and made my hobby and investment very interesting indeed and want to thank Mr Issac Chamber for all his help and support to date and long may it continue in my opinion.
