I ordered an advent calendar in early November, with the assurance it would arrive by the start of Advent. Unfortunately, it never showed up. After waiting for 7 weeks, when I requested a refund, I received responses asking me to wait and see if I would like it. They seem to overlook that Advent is a specific time, and I can't give it as a gift later. I strongly advise steering clear of this service.
