After inquiring about whether the company would provide me with the code, I was informed that I needed to schedule a service for £35 to obtain the code for a 25-year-old original stereo. They mentioned they no longer keep codes and must connect the car with the stereo to retrieve it! (This also verifies if the old stereo, valued at less than £35, was stolen.) What happened to the codes? Other third parties seem to have them! Anyway, after some research, I used a service to obtain the code (which the company doesn’t have for their cars... or maybe they do, but have lost some trust with their customers). The code arrived within an hour via email and worked perfectly. I can now enjoy my original stereo again. Many thanks, reliable service, and better than the company I’m now slightly disappointed in.
