Ordered 5 ton delivered to house ,unable to offload no hiab ,only a pallet lifter. Unable to deliver .so order was cancelled cost me £791-10 had the cheek to charge us £325 for there error , was told by Lucy Baker ,be glad to hear from your solicitor then hung up, Never get anything from them ,PS never had a receipt or terms emailed to us before delivery ,offer it after I complained.
