Delivery person tried to deliver at 7.30am with no prior text notification. No place outside house and he insisted he’s come back after doing a couple more drops. Never came back.Decorative Aggregates very unprofessional about it full of long story about why the driver has to crack on due to the number of hours he’s allowed to work?! And said he’d had an accident hmm. Delivery company didn’t say that. I said I wanted a refund and they said ok they’d refund me less a charge and hung up! Turns out the charge is £60! Seems I am getting punished for being upset with what happened as they took great glee in it
