BEWARE - Decofaure offers a no risk, any reason you are unhappy with purchase dont worry , understanding the issues when you buy on line blah blah blah -so they say!! they offer Guarantees they dont stand by.Get goods, problem and then no return address. You have to Message their customer service with a reason .Then you Just get arguements and their opinion and thats that.Tough .Only that i had paypal i opened a case .After Paypal contacted them Decofaure then gave me a return address which is just a house on a street in Australia !!! yes Melbourne. So £20 tracked and recorded for small parcel .When it got to the given address and i informed them , still nothing .Escalated case and Paypal found in my favour . Exhausting, shameful , please note this
