I purchased so I thought, a limited edition Mickey Mouse Britto figurine.Unfortunately, when I received it, the box was a disgrace and I don't mean the cardboard box securing the item, I mean the box that held the figurine in it. The box had taped all over it and very unattractive!The figurine was very poorly done. I have Britto figurines and the standard is nothing like them. The paint was runny, the Britto stamp was not as it should be and the colours were not right for this figurine.I requested to send the item back but I had to pay the shipping costs plus I would have a restocking fee of 30% taken off!!This is appalling and I will be contacting trading standards under Section 23 of the Consumer Rights Act as to get this resolved and get my money back in full!!The product in my opinion is a counterfeit copy and should not be sold as this.I won't be buying from them again and I certainly will be warning my friends to avoid this company!!
