My experience with DecorPrice.com was awful from start to finish.Customer service was incredibly rude—representatives constantly interrupted me and spoke in a dismissive, argumentative tone instead of trying to help. Communication was very difficult, and it was often hard to clearly understand responses, which only made resolving issues more frustrating.Phone wait times were excessively long, and once I finally reached someone, they were uncooperative and unwilling to work toward any solution. Rather than assisting, they argued and talked over me.Shipping was also extremely slow, far beyond what was advertised, with no helpful updates or accountability.Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would never recommend DecorPrice.com and will absolutely never purchase from them again.
