I ordered a wreath that looks like an eagle. The picture of the product shows an actual wreath with the eagle wings being individual pieces of wood. Looked beautiful. Well, when the product arrived; it's a picture of an eagle stamped on a round wreath shaped piece of wood. Very, very disappointing. Did not look AT ALL like what was displayed in the catalog.I wanted to return this item. Talk about the run around. First they offer me 10% of the purchase price or a higher percentage in house credit, next its 20%, them final offer 30% or 70% in house credit.Stay far away from this company.Horrible experience.
