Absolutely awful customer service. Extremely dismissive, impersonal, AI would feel warner and more professional. It feels that she is working to get rid of customers instead of bringing customers in ( perfect if she is working for the competition). The customer service department fails at listening to customers concerns and fails to offer solutions. Some of their products arrive open ( where is quality control, boxes broken) I don’t give this company much time if they don’t change their ways. A company can’t be sustainable with a handful of customers since they are driving the few they have away.
