Recently made the switch to Dedicated.com for colocation and hosting services after experiencing poor service from former provider. To this point (several months in) we are very satisfied with the decision. The onboarding process was complicated but thankfully seamless due to close cooperation with the Dedicated team. The technical support we are receiving on an ongoing basis is great with most ticketing requests being resolved in hours.
