I was applying for a replacement deed poll and found the application process to be confusing. The wording is set to make you make mistakes, I used another service and found it much more straight forward and much cheaper. I payed £36 (including postage) for a replacement compared to the £57 i was charged using this service. The site stated postage would take 4 days, when infact it took 10+When I called the customer service to express my dissapointment I was met with rudeness. Would highly recommend to use other services for replacement deed poll certificates. Infact just avoid all together.
