Paid for express next day delivery on Fri Dec 5th due to urgency. Item never arrived - with Royal Mail tracked as 'Address Inaccessible' for a couple of days in a row, though my other items arrived okay. Contacted support on Monday Dec 8th, was sent to Royal Mail for any further clarifications. Staff unhelpful and could not offer alternatives. Asked for replacement or electronic copies - support team offered me to pay full price for another set of copies and delivery. Very poor customer support, refused to offer any help with my case, but were keen to ask me to reorder and pay in full. UPD Royal Mail told me that they don't have my address indicated in the system - so they are not able to deliver
