I writing this to warn people of ongoing rip off scaming behaviour from this companies I have experience, I could see on trustpilot there is another company with the exact same information and could see the same link but have low rating, however both are linked with the same website so I am notifying trustpilot these companies are two of the same or there something else going on.I have paid for in the past legal documents from other compaines and high courts and they have never requested extra, they amended or refunded but not requested more money.I required a deed poll document for legal purposes and the business who requested I use this particular deed poll company and high courts strand and no other.I completed their online form and paid for what they stated in their page for adult deed poll £30 turned into £57I paid for it, with additional £6 for speedy delivery.It arrived, however to get the legal documents I will require to complete the draft to my knowledge and get it signed by someone you know and you will reqiure post back the free post documents to the company to receive the two legal documents.When I took the draft to legal appointment they requested I change one detail on the document, so I emailed the company straight awayfor one change of detail to the document, which is adding additional name, bare in mind I still haven't received the two legal copies yet until I return the original, they mentioned via email, I will require to pay another £48 on top, they litterally calculated random fees for a new document to be issues I kindly asked this company to explain and the email narrative changes. I haven't received what I paid for so can you kindly emend it by adding the additional name, that's it.Their response via email is the document I am asking for is complex?How ?Its adding another name to the deed poll.I had tried to contact this company today 3 x by calling them via the phone, the phone does not connect.All I want is the amended document I paid, I have spent the whole day going backwards and forwards via email.It's disgusting and outrageous, I cannot recommend their service, I want to know what this company going to do to rectify this madness.
