I was not aware that I could have created my own deed poll for free. You can literally copy and paste the required text off of the government website. I understand this is a company, but it would be good for a disclaimer to be on the website. However, the deed poll I received looked smart and I used it to change my name with banks and the DVLA. The only issue I had is with the certified copy. On the deed poll.org.uk website it explicitly states that verified copies will be accepted by the passport office. This IS NOT true. I receive an email from HMPO today asking that I send the original deed poll.
