When I first ordered the service from this company, everything seemed great. The team was friendly, the service during the installation process was good, and at that stage I had no complaints at all.However, once the payment was completed, getting anything done became almost impossible. We had to wait around six months for the certificates, which I initially understood since it was winter and delays can happen.A few months later I noticed that one of the two batteries was not working properly (or possibly not working at all). I contacted them about this and they promised several times that someone would come to inspect and fix the issue. Unfortunately, for the past two months I have been constantly told that someone will come soon, but nobody has actually shown up.Now it seems they have simply stopped responding and are ignoring my messages completely.The frustrating part is that the sunny season has already started, which is exactly when the system should be producing the most benefit, but because of this unresolved issue the system is not working as it should.It is very disappointing, and unfortunately I will probably have to hire another company to diagnose and fix the problem.This experience really makes me question whether it is worth supporting local businesses if the after-sales service is handled like this.
