Since having to post a previous highly critical review, in contrast to my earlier praise, because of prolonged difficulty getting a response to a problem, I now have to praise the prompt direct contact received from the MD and steps quickly taken to resolve the matter. I trust they learn from what seemed to have been a failure of internal communication which let down the good service and expertise which I know the company can deliver.
