We signed the contract for solar installation in August 2022, for installation around November 2022. They were quite happy to take our deposit but since then our installation has been cancelled/rearranged/postponed FOUR times. Most recently this was done via a generic email with no indication of when the work might actually be carried out. They do not answer their phone so I cannot even request my money back.Additionally, I signed a DNO letter of authority in August 2022 so Deege could sign a connection agreement with my DNO. This usually takes 3 months and must be done before install. By January 2023, no application had been submitted according to our DNO. So even if we somehow get our deposit back, we're still at least 3 months away from another company being able to install anything.Do not use this company.
