Degee is extremely unprofessional and has caused us significant financial losses. We have been experiencing issues with the solar system that was installed by Degee Solar. It has been two years, and the batteries and one of the inverters still haven't been working properly. They have ignored our emails and made false promises over the phone. It seems that they completely outsource their work to subcontractors, and the last installer who came had very little knowledge and was unable to resolve the issue. I have sent Degee a notice, and now I am reaching out to a local solar installer to fix the system for us and recover the costs from Degee. However, considering the nature of this company, it is likely that the matter will end up in court. I have attached a screenshot of the email that was sent to the entire company, including the director, but, as usual, we haven't received any communication from them.
