From my initial enquiry about solar, it became clear that this was not your everyday company. There was never any pressure, or buy what we want to sell you, I clearly remember the first contact I had with Rod (system designer), it was a case of how can we help you, what do you need. We had some issues throughout the process, however, they were dealt with swiftly and honestly by either Amy, Chloe or Kate in the office, then came the installation, the team were excellent, from Mick - who literally hit the ground running, and didn’t stop, through to David (MD), Scott, Anthony, Rich and Johnny - who came over from another job over an hour away very late in the day. The all worked hard, cleanly and explained anything and everything along the way, their work ethic and determination to finish the project in one day was clear to see from the start. There are a lot of companies out there, not just in the solar field, who could learn a lot from the way Deege operate, with honesty, determination to operate ethically, and passion for delivery of a top class product, with top level service. We happily spent £13k and had 16 Aico 450W panels, Growatt hybrid inverter and Growatt 6.5kW battery, a system I can’t recommend highly enough. All in all, an excellent company to deal with who treat you like a human, nothing is too much trouble for them, and the main one for me was the total honesty and dedication throughout from everyone I had contact with.
