The quoting process was great, they quoted for exactly what I had asked for and in a timely manner and the cost was similar to others.Since placing the order first week in April 22 and paying my deposit the whole process has been very frustrating. Dates booked have repeatedly been cancelled, often the day before. They appear to be hiding behind the "can't get hold of components" but I have been told they have the items in stock (by several people including the owner) and have booked the work in for a couple of weeks time to them be called the day before to say they are no longer in stock. It is now November and I have had enough of this constant booking me in and then putting me off.On the positive side the fitter who installed the Solar panels was very conscientious and has done a very nice neat job and was very clean and tidy. What a shame he is being let down by the backroom staff.I would avoid this company and cannot recommend them.
