Subsequent points of detail were discussed and resolved immediately by phone. 10/10.All staff responded to some delays and setbacks resulting from the chaotic broken economic and commercial environment in an honest and practical manner, and, above all, kept us informed of the many potential constraints and alternatives. They also met their commitments and exceeded our expectations by proactive phone calls. Amy in particular did a great job pulling together all the resourcing and logistical strands during the final stages. 10/10.The roofing team (Ritchie and Dan) arrived on time with all the necessary hardware. In spite of the heat they remained cheerful, friendly and totally competent throughout, managing also to include a very innovative and invisible cabling solution from the panel arrays to the inverter. Very hard and committed workers. 10/10.The electrician, Nick, was consummately professional, and obviously highly skilled and experienced. He likewise exceeded expectations, particularly by locally sourcing additional trunking etc to route and hide cabling that enabled an outcome of great elegance on our garage wall. He stayed (late) until all immediate queries had been resolved, and a promised firmware/software update has just been implemented remotely. 10/10.
