Initial enquiry re getting a quote for a retrofit additional battery was not dealt with at all. However, after a nudge in the ribs, they did so, it was competitive and a date arranged. The time of appointment was changed a couple of times on the day, but ok in the end. I wish the installer’s technician would leave their contact number with the client when leaving though. Had a few inexplicable things happening over 3 or 4 hrs which gave me some anxieties, but it self-resolved. A quick chat with the technician by phone after he’d left could have prevented this. All good now. Had the system installed in Sep ‘21 by them (6.5kWh panels, Solar Edge power optimisers & inverter, coupled to Growatt SPA 3000 inverter and 3 x 3.3kW Growatt batteries (now 4), plus a MyEnergi Harvi and Eddi hw diverter) and its performed really well.
