SolarEdge Battery Bank 10Kwh installed. Lied to 36hrs before install about battery being out of stock (it wasnt), they wanted to delay install by over 6 weeks, later told someone was having a bad day and i was misinformed??. Lied to about only using their own qualified installers, mine was independent subcontractor along with someone else unqualified and not even an electrician, not insured and nothing to do with the solar trade whatsoever or the company i was doing business with which breached HIES, MCS and manufacturer guidelines. Lied to by the salesman about having installed this battery before (they hadnt). Lied to about mounting option (salesman knew nothing about the battery or mounting options so just made it up). Chased for full payment before work was even finished. Failed commissioning of battery. Unstable battery readings for 3 days once commissioned along with CBs and RCDs tripping including those on the battery. 3 site visits later and i now have a non functioning battery and worse an unserviceable Solar PV system which is only 10mths old and had no issues whatsoever prior to battery install and associated firmware updates. No safety information provided with battery at all, in fact no information at all about it. Had to chase 4 times for a receipt. Managing Director was supposed to come back to me with an update on where they went wrong but didnt & went on leave for 2 weeks. Passed from person to person in company. 2 weeks on and its now costing me money in lost solar and i have a very expensive ornamental battery. CANNOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Been totally let down by Deege Solar
