I work in the automotive industry which has been plagued by supply chain issues (shortages, price hikes & logistical problems) since the COVID-19 pandemic started. Solar PV systems use many of the same components & materials so when it became apparent that the original delivery date could not be achieved due to these same global supply issues, we rescheduled the installation plan and Deege stuck to it relentlessly, providing regular updates & confirmation. The admin team is quite small at the moment so it takes a little patience to contact them at times but they know their technology, they know their installers and they know what their customers need.
