Avoid.

Initial customer service provided was good, up to the point you sign a contract for works, then incredibly difficult to get a response from anyone at the company.Even with a 6 month lead time, my works were delayed by a month as they had overbooked. I was offered free bird barriers for this inconvenience - which when I pointed out they'd charged me £1k for in my order and i'd like this cost removed in that case, they quickly changed their mind and stated they were looking at the wrong order.In the mean time, another solar company contacted me offering a better price for a bigger, higher quality system on a much shorter lead time..On cancellation, you are told your money is returned in a month. After a month of silence, nothing.. It took constant phone calls, emails, and reference to both small claims court and my credit card company to claim this back (luckily chose this for protection, looking back).100% avoid. There are plenty other businesses doing this work at the moment, find a better quality outfit for sure.
