My first initial contact i had with Deege solar was from the sales side, who where very knowledgable and made me understand what system would suit my property and what benefits i would get from it. I had spoken with other companies before hand and did not get that welcoming approach until i had spoken with Deege Solar. From my experience i can see its a family run business and the communication has been flaunt throughout.Day of the install Richie and Jonny turned up at 8am, which they had called me prior with a ETA. They where very polite and courteous explained what they where going to being doing and where all the equipment was going, to ensure i was happy with the outcome. There was a slight hiccup with the design but within 30 minutes in speaking with office they manage to quickly resolve the issue. I kept the lads hydrated and even made them a bacon sandwich which they where very grateful for.Once the installation was complete they gave me a full demonstration of how the system works and set the app up for me so i could see it all working.I would like the thank everyone that was involved in making this experience one to remember i would recommend Deege solar to all my friends and family.
