We cannot get to talk to anyone from this company to discuss an issue that has been going on for the last six weeks. The phone is either engaged or never answered. The one time they did answer the phone and promised to send the relevant information they never did we are still waiting…..We have lost out on ££££ on our panels that were initially installed in 2021 due to lack of communication. If anyone from this company reads this PLEASE help!! Many thanks for your response. If you can contact is Paul Coulthard that would be great. You should have his contact details on your system.
