Based in Essex they are local to my property in Kent.David (MD of Deege) promptly arranged an appointment on a Sunday morning, kept me in the loop when he was arriving and turned up in company uniform and a smart sign written van.We had a lengthy discussion on my requirements (Solar plus Tesla power wall x 2), he surveyed my roofs and went away promising a prompt quote. At this point I had given him a budget that i wanted to spend, and informed him that other quotes were also being sought.David replied that evening with a proposal, a map of my roof and a generous covering of PV panels.At this point I had the feeling that Deege installs were dealt with as if David were installing the system on his own property. There was a good attention to detail and all my technical questions were promptly answered. I had many technical questions about the Tesal equipment, to which David was able to answer instantly.Deege then proceeded with a formal quote, which although was a tiny bit more than I anticipated spending, I was happy to accept. I paid a deposit using credit card, and an install date was scheduled.Deege were able to install the system roughly a week earlier than had been arranged, I was happy to be flexible as I work from home.The install proceeded, and due to convenient weather and prompt, professional roofing installers, the roof install was completed within 2 days.The power walls were delivered, installation required two days and a further half day for commissioning. Throughout the install, all of the guys from Deege were professional and courteous.My property was left clean and tidy and follow up communication has been prompt.I would thoroughly recommend considering David and the team at Deege Solar for any renewables projects you have in mind.
