I ordered an advent calendar which has not shown up. I’m trying to get my money back. I received an email claiming it was on the way, but then it said delivered when I was home all day. £60 is a lot to me, especially since it was a gift for my daughter. I'm very upset and angry that it never came, yet they were quick to take my money.
