This is the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had.I strongly advise others to stay away.I placed Ramadan Calendar Gift Boxes 24 days ago. The website clearly states 1–2 days processing time and 4–6 business days shipping. It has now been well beyond that timeframe, and I have not received my order, nor have I been provided with any tracking information. And, when I contacted them through Instagram, they shamelessly responded by saying, “We never promised it would arrive before Ramadan." What??Ramadan has already started, and my children were so excited and eagerly waiting for this order. Unfortunately, they were left disappointed. It is heartbreaking to see your children look forward to something special for Ramadan and then realize it is not coming.What is even more concerning is that the company refuses to offer a proper refund and instead insists on store credit — even though the item has not been delivered. That is unacceptable.
