I recently had treatments with Deep Athestics, carried out by Deep. I want to start by saying that this review is not about the quality of Deep’s work — I genuinely admire his results, I like his enthusiasm, I liked him as a person, and I can see why people are drawn to his services. My concern is purely about the overall client experience and professionalism around appointment management and accountability.Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling very disappointed and let down.Across four appointments (including in Canary Wharf and Birmingham), my treatment times were repeatedly pushed back, and there were significant delays. On one occasion, what was meant to be a morning appointment resulted in me not getting home until nearly 8pm. I always make a conscious effort to book the first appointment of the day and arrive early out of respect, especially as these treatments require planning, travel, and often emotional preparation. I feel that this respect for time should be mutual.On my most recent appointment, where Deep was to give me a free session as I was not happy with the results from a previous procedure, which in the end didn't happen due to me finally leaving, my time was changed from 10am to 12pm was still being pushed back as he still wasn't there, I was left feeling uncertain about whether the appointment would be honoured and started to feel anxious and distressed. Despite trying to compromise and be flexible, I also found myself in situations where a client appeared to have an appointment before me, which added to the confusion. As a client, this creates stress and anxiety — particularly when treatments are already something that can make people feel nervous or vulnerable.There also appeared to be a lack of preparation before appointments. On previous visits, I waited for hours, and even reception staff acknowledged that it can be awkward having patients waiting. On one occasion, I had to share treatment time with another client who was visibly stressed before being seen. This has a real impact on how clients feel about their experience and the procedure itself.I want to be clear that I am not criticising the technical work or intentions. I appreciated the recommendations given to me and the effort to achieve the desired results. However, when clients are investing a significant amount of money and trust into aesthetic treatments, organisation, punctuality, and communication are just as important as the treatment itself.Clients often arrive feeling nervous, anxious, and hopeful about improving something that may affect their confidence. Being left waiting for hours, having appointments pushed back, or feeling unheard when raising concerns can really affect that experience.I believe this could be improved with better scheduling, clearer communication, and greater respect for clients’ time. The lack of professionalism and consistent disregard for appointment times, a worrying lack of accountability, as well as not following up after my last failed appointment until I had to contact, has seriously impacted my trust and overall experience. This needs urgent improvement. Constructive feedback is important for growth, and I genuinely hope this is taken in the spirit intended — to improve the overall clients journey.
