If I could give 0, I would. I went to see both Deep and Kiran a few times due to complications with the tear trough treatment they did. They forced me to sign an NDA if they dissolved so I can’t speak about this. I went back which was a huge mistake. The first two appointments, they didn’t show up. They allow clients to travel all the way to them in Canary Wharf and they do not show up. When colleaguesfrom a neighbouring business to their clinic saw me waiting - they commented how they often see clients waiting for a long time outside of the clinic itself. They commented that Deep and Kiran rarely show up for their appointments and this is true. I wish I could post photos of what Kiran did to my face. On doing my cheeks she did a ‘technique’ of placing the filler closer to the surface of the skin to create a continuation of the filler from the nose to the cheek. I now have two oval shaped lumps next to my nose, which is no continuation at all! It’s incredible obvious. I have seen two different aestheticians and they have commented that I need to request that it’s dissolved. I did request this to Kiran and she sent me a rude voice note and blocked me. May I also note that the Harley Street aesthetician said to me that he ‘knew I had come from the practitioners in Canary Wharf.’ He said ‘I get a lot of very disappointed clients from them needing their filler dissolved.’ So I’m certainly not the only one. I have been recommended that all the work done by Kiran should be dissolved, which is a huge waste of time energy and money. Please don’t visit either Deep or Kiran. Their social media following are bots. They have fake reviews. They are notorious in the dermal filler industry for disappointing clients. Their neighbours on the same site where they work, warned me how often they see clients left waiting hours for them to show up. They have a new booking team every 2/3 weeks now that Nabeela has left, who don’t book the appointments and then even when Deep and Kiran have acknowledged the appointment - they cancel or just don’t show up unannounced. Especially if you’re travelling from far - I would advise not taking the risk. I am deeply upset and disappointed.
