Absolute hell, where do I start…I had BBL fillers with deep aesthetics on the 11th august this was with Kiran, this was for my hip dips. On their website they advertise this lasting for 1-3 years. On their Instagram and TikTok they also advertise this lasts 3 years. No where does it state(especially before I had the procedure done) that the fillers could completely go within a month. However this is exactly what has happened to me. As a qualified practitioner myself I have never heard of this happening before. On the consent forms this wasn’t stated nor on the day. All I got told (and you can also see this on their Instagram posts) is that the results will get bigger and better as the weeks go on. I followed their instructions to the T after the procedure. I didn’t do any form of workouts, I drank soo much water, I didn’t lay on my sides at all etc and I do not have a fast metabolism at all. I’ve had other fillers which have always lasted. I feel like I have been completely scammed. I have paid about £1500 so far and have monthly payments of £307 until next august. I am paying for absolutely nothing! This has affected my mental health soo severely and I have made deep and kiran aware of this however, they have shown absolutely no care and have said they can’t ‘gurantee satisfactory results’ the issue isn’t the results which I was happy with, it’s the fact that no where was it made clear that apparently the filler could completely disappear within a month. It’s not fair on your customers who are paying all this money. They are money hungry and have absolutely no care for their customers. They eventually said they would add an additional 140mls which would be 1/4 of what I originally had but they made me sign an NDA in order to receive this which stated I couldn’t leave any negative reviews etc but this was only if they added the additional mls which they haven’t. It took me soo long to get the appointment booked to add the additional mls and I had to keep chasing them and luckily their PA booked this for me. Then the night before at 10pm I get a message from their PA saying my appt has been cancelled with no apology. I have since been chasing kiran and deep and keep getting fobbed off or ignored. The fact they continuously post on their social media but can’t reply to me to get this booked says a a lot. It’s been months of this now and it’s really affecting my mental health it just isn’t fair. The anxiety I am faced with every single day because of this and the fact that a massive insecurity of mine has come back but I’m still paying for it so I can’t even afford to go elsewhere to get this fixed. This has affected my every day life more than you can imagine. I want a refund or at the very least for the rest of my payments to be cancelled. Please make it abundantly clear that the results do not last between 1-3 years and can dissolve within a month. Your customers should be your priority not making money. Please be so cautious with this company, there are soo many better options please do your research. Also just to add when doing the procedure kiran dropped the Canula on the floor she said she cleaned it but then proceeded to use the same canula. This really should have been replaced as the infection rate is already quite high with this procedure.
