I made an appointment for botox but changed my mind. I canceled it nearly three weeks before the appointment was due. I messaged a couple times asking about the refund, the messages were read but no reply.I left a review highlighting this and the owner responded by saying she had no booking or messages from me. She then accused me of sabotaging her business. She said she would refund me if I deleted my review. When I refused to do so she made a second appointment to charge my card again. She also keeps changing her story - first she didn't have the booking, then she was on holiday so was unable to do anything, then she said she didn't know how to a refund. She has repeatedly accused me of trying to sabotage her business and said I am jealous of her. My bank and police are now involved so hopefully this gets me my money back. The bank said they had to cancel my card and send a new one, which is obviously hugely inconvenient. I would think twice about giving her your details.
