I’ve ordered x2 advents calendars

I’ve ordered x2 advents calendars. I’ve had NO EMAILS stating when delivery will be! It’s almost Dec??? I’ve sent 5 messages asking when they are arriving, no responses. Customer services is non existent! Not impressed at all.
