Customer service from this company is terrible. I ordered an advent calendar which was damaged when it was delivered and the contents falling out everywhere. Hardly a surprise now is it. Anyway it takes them around 2 weeks to get back in touch offering a 50% voucher off another advent. When I tried to order it wouldn’t allow me without subscribing first. I have no intentions of doing this. I’ve never known a customer service to be so bad and very very slow. 3 weeks after and it’s still not resolved.
