Ordered an advent calendar - received notification that advent calendar had been delivered. Except…it hadn’t. Emailed Degusta who replied pretty quickly with the usual “look around the property and ask the neighbours” I did this and replied to the email. Nothing. Sent another email. Nothing. Sent a Facebook message. Nothing. Tried to call - number not in use. Writing this in the hope I actually get to speak to someone
